Does anyone have a canola, lard and coconut oil recipe? I just bought these three oils to find out I have a bad recipe. I don’t want to use olive oil, even though that would solve my problem (the cheapest is almost $45/imperial gallon).

    I want a recipe for about a liter (a one-pound mould).

    • I don’t shy away from canola, vegetable oil, or soybean oil. They all do create a slightly different softness. Just make sure your veg oil is fresh fresh…. so check that it hasn’t been sitting on store shelves for a long time. Also keep it to about 10-15% of the recipe for the shelf life of your soap. With that pop your canola, lard, and coconut combination in here ….
